Payments can be made in person at the office with cash, check, or money order. Credit cards are accepted at the office and will be charged a convenience fee of $2.00.

A payment drop box is available at the office, you may put cash, check, or money order in the drop box. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR BILL OR ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE ENVELOPE.

Payments can be mailed to PO BOX 480388, Linden, AL 36748 with a check or money order only. Do not mail cash for your payment.

Disconnected?

If you are disconnected, please call the office at 334-295-5300 FIRST to find out the amount due on your account. After your payment, your service will be reconnected as soon as possible.

Convenience Fee

The merchant processor charges us a fee to collect your credit/debit card payment and we pass the fee to you on the account payment form. The “Payment Amount” is the only amount that is credited to your account.
